Free State Stars coach Luc Eymael says he wants to have another look at a Gabonese striker Johann Lengualama.
The Belgian manager wants to bolster his squad as they will participate at the 2018 Maize Cup pre-season tournament on July 14.
Ea Lla Koto are set to play in the tournament which features the likes of Kaizer Chiefs, Buya Msuthu and Chippa United.
Although they finished as runners-up last season to Amakhosi, Eymael will want to lift the trophy this season to be staged in Orkney, in the North West province.
Meanwhile, the coach will hope to assess the 25-year-old AS Mangasport Moanda striker, who is currently training with Ea Lla Koto and was on the books of Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca in 2016.
"Yes, there is a foreign striker here, he has not yet signed. His name is Johan Lenguoalama, he’s an international player for Gabon. I have to see him again on Sunday," Eymael said to KickOff.
"We are playing a game again on Sunday. We need to take a final decision on Sunday.
"Another striker has to come next week from Congo, he's in United States, and perhaps a guy from Zambia. A number eight box-to-box will also come from Congo."
The Nedbank Cup champions will face the Chilli Boys on Saturday at 12:00 whilst Chiefs face off against the ABC Motsepe outfit at 10:00 at the James Motlatsi Stadium.
